for THE BEST WORKPLACES IN TRAVEL

2023

All entrants completed our unique travel employee survey two weeks ago.  We are delighted to say that 2023 saw both a significant increase in entries and also an extremely high calibre of organisations participate.  This year we extended the survey to include business travel and cruise lines. Our survey is the ONLY one that asks people what’s important to them first and foremost.  It not only allows leaders to check engagement levels, but also provides the data to make smart decisions when it comes to their people strategy.

Our tech partner, Korero, has now compiled the shortlist and all entrants have been personally notified as to whether they are finalists in the Top 25

Best Workplaces in Travel 2023.

However, it is important to recognise every brilliant travel company who entered, and to share the employee insights collected as industry. So, we will be inviting all entrants to a celebration early evening on Wednesday the 14th of June in a beautiful venue on Southwark Bridge.

It will be an exciting evening as we will countdown the league table across

Small, Mid-Size and Large companies, and ultimately the winner will be

announced across each of these categories.

We also have a couple of new awards this year too!

INTRODUCTION

In January 2023, we will invite travel companies to be assessed and taken through a rigorous, yet uncomplicated process. This is based purely on employee feedback.

Your employees go through a process to ascertain what really matters to them about their workplace. They then rate you, as an employer, on how well you are delivering against this, plus six killer questions including an Employee Net Promoter score.

A shortlist will be announced mid May 2023, and invited to a sparkling award ceremony in London on the 14th of  June 2023, to award the finalists across these categories.

Best Workplaces in Travel operates in partnership with workplace culture experts, Hendrick & Hyde, and powered by Korero Technology.
