What completion do I need?
This will depend on your company size.
The completion thresholds are:
Small company (10-49 employees): 80%
Mid-size company (50-199 employees): 65%
Large company (200+ employees): 50%

How much does the survey cost?
Small company (10-49 employees): £395 +VAT
Mid-size company (50-199 employees): £595 +VAT
Large company (200+ employees): £795 +VAT

Is the survey open to international employees?
At current our survey is only open to organisation's UK & Ireland based employees.

When are the winners announced?
The Best Workplaces in Travel 2026 will be notified on 5th June 2026. Our BWIT Awards will take place to recognise and celebrate the finalists and winners across all categories in London on 2nd July 2026.

How long does the survey take?
Anyone completing the survey should put aside 10 minutes (on mobile, desktop or laptop).

When are the Best Workplaces in Travel revealed?
Those who have been recognised as a Best Workplaces in Travel list 2025 will be personally notified on 5th June 2026.

How do I access my survey?
You will be sent login details to your portal when you enrol. From there you can monitor your completion rates. Once you've reached your threshold, certain reports will be available for you to view while the industry survey is running. Once all entrants have completed their surveys, you will be able to access your total report and benchmark against the industry.
