Travel companies are invited to participate in our unique annual employee survey, From the survey, we are able to provide critical insights into the key issues and drivers for people working in the travel industry. Every year, we celebrate the best performers across a wide range of categories at a sparkling awards ceremony in London.

Our Employee Survey
Each year, we invite UK travel companies to be assessed via our rigorous, yet uncomplicated survey completed by their employees.
We dig deep to identify what is truly important to your employees, then rank employers performance in these categories, along with the completion of several ‘killer questions’ (including the ENPS). Employees are free to add additional comments, which can provide priceless insight to their employers.
Every travel company receives a secure link to an online report summarising the survey results for their business along with comparisons against peer averages.
The shortlist & sparkling awards ceremony
In June, we announce the Best Workplaces in Travel listing, built from the survey scores and companies meeting the required criteria. We invite all entrants to our sparkling award ceremony, where all Best Workplace in Travel companies will be recognised, and the three scale categories overall winners will be announced, as well as some special awards for 2025.
