Our survey and awards provide unique insight, whilst celebrating the best of the best across the travel industry.

Every year we invite travel companies to participate in our unique employee survey. From the responses, we provide critical insights into the key issues and drivers for people working in the travel industry. We then come together as an industry to celebrate the best performers across a wide range of categories at the BWIT awards in London.

1 – CALL FOR ENTRIES

UK & Ireland travel companies of all shapes and sizes are invited to take part

We have 3 separate size categories. Simply pick the right category for your business, fill in the entry form and complete your payment. You’ll then quickly receive a secure link to your own survey, ready to share across your company. There is a long window to complete, so you select a suitable time for the business.

Early bird discount ends: 31st December 2025
Registration closes: 20th April 2026

2 – EMPLOYEE SURVEY

Our unique employee survey and insight

Your employees are asked what really matters to them about their workplace - there are 10 characteristics and they choose their top 6. They then rate you, as an employer, as to how well you are delivering against their choices. We include some additional killer questions, an Employee Net Promoter score and the opportunity to add their own anonymous comments. This gives you real insight from the people that matter most!

Every travel company receives a secure link to an online report summarising their survey results for their business along with comparisons against peer averages.
